Holiday apartments in Valle di Braies

All prices are per apartment per day, for a minimum stay of 7 days, and include all associated costs.

However, they exclude the local tourist tax of € 2,50 - per person per day (for age 14 upward), which has to be paid on site.

• Additional guests
  A supplement of  €  25.00-  per person per day is payable for any extra guests in the apartment.
• Reduction for children
  children under 2,99 years free of charge
  children from 3  to 8,99 years  a supplement of  € 15,00- and children from 9 to 13,99 years a supplement of € 20,00-
• Pets
  Pets are only allowed by previous request, and a supplement is payable: -cat € 13,00 - / day; - dog € 16,00 - / day
• Is the booking under 4 nights, we will charge an supplement of € 10,00- per apartment per day.

• To make your reservation binding, we ask for a deposit of  30 % of the total amount.
• The deposit must be paid within 14 days of confirming your booking; only then will your reservation be considered binding.

• The deposit can only be refunded or credited towards a future holiday if you cancel your booking at least 4 weeks before the start of your stay.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full cost of the apartment will still be charged. In the event of no-show, the full cost will still be charged.

• Arrival from 3 p.m.
• Departure before 10 a.m.

• Bed linen is provided and changed once a week; towels are changed twice a week.

• SÜDTIROL -GUEST -PASS: this entitles you to free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol.

• Bread delivery service (extra charge)

• Laundry service (washing, drying and ironing)  avaiable for guests use for a small extra charge.
